Your Pregnancy Pilates Journey is a comprehensive training designed specifically for Pilates and fitness professionals who want to specialize in prenatal and postnatal movement.

By the end of this journey, you’ll be equipped to:

* Confidently assess and adapt movement for pregnancy and beyond
* Understand anatomy, physiology, and contraindications
* Support core, pelvic floor, and overall strength safely
