Inspired by movement and working with people, Theo pursued her passion for Pilates and started Body Intellect at the tender age of 23 after earning her Bachelor of Education degree in Dance. What started in a room as big as a double garage has evolved over time and has since become the premier Pilates studio, both for Pilates classes and education in South Africa.
